Having met the qualifying time does not automatically qualify athletes for elite status. To Apply for Elite Status:Please submit your request to firstname.lastname@example.org.Attach a copy of a complete Running Resume for the past three years, minimum, to current date. For each race, state event, where event was held, date of event, finish time and overall or masters finish place. Include the following as well as any additional information that may help in the review process: Athlete's name, email address, mailing address, phone number, sex, age, date of birth. If you do not have qualifying times for marathon or half marathon distances and you are a first time marathoner who has run at a high level in shorter distances, i.e. college cross country and believe your training and resume should qualify you for Elite consideration please submit your runner resume with a reference letter from your college or other coach. The booth fee will be $600 on or before August 1st, a bargain which includes a 10'X10' space with two chairs, skirt, table cloth and a professionally set-up table. There will be an additional $50.00 late fee per booth after August 1st. Please note that addition services for booth space such as power, Internet Access, water etc will be charged separately by the Convention Center Staff. Cancellation: There will be a forfeit of $200 of the $600 booth fee for any vendor who cancels after their application has been approved and confirmed by the St George Marathon EXPO. To add to the excitement of the Expo this year, we are requesting that each vendor donate a prize and/or product from their booth which will be announced over the Expo's P.A. system highlighting your booth and given away to some lucky participant.
